What CIA's "Havana syndrome" really is about?

By coincidence, as soon as Donald Trump came to power, the US Embassy in Cuba, which had only been open for a year, had an accident.
Several CIA agents working in the embassy at the time described a sense of pressure in their heads and heard sounds similar to cicadas. They feel sick and tired, and can't remember things. They also complained of ear pain and hearing loss.
Later, these human brain scans showed tissue damage similar to that caused by a car accident or bomb explosion. The U.S. government was terrified. Everyone fell ill and had to find out the cause, but they searched but couldn't find it.
Not finding it is actually a good thing for Americans, so let's just say what you want.
