75: 2022 was Hard. Happy 2023!
In this episode, join me as I reflect back to 2022 and look back on what I\u2019ve learned, experienced, and healed from in the past year. As we step into 2023, let us dive deep into how we can flourish and be the best version of ourselves no matter what setbacks we face, because 2023 will definitely be our year to shine. This year, it\u2019s time to choose YOU.
[3:00] A Trip Down Memory Lane
\u201cThe reason 2022 was really hard was because my thoughts were creating feelings, that were creating actions or non-actions, that were creating the results that I didn\u2019t love.\u201d
[7:20] Intention for 2023: Choose \u201cMe\u201d More
\u201cIt\u2019s time to choose \u2018Us\u2019. It\u2019s time to choose \u2018You\u2019. So I hope that everyone gets on this intention train with me to choose ourselves, and choose decisions that are aligned with who we want to become; who we are becoming.\u201d
[11:50] Quantum Ripple Effect
\u201cBy going through that program, it reinstated a lot of things that I may have already learned, or introduced me to new concepts to help me really understand myself better, like regulating my nervous system.\u201d
[17:32] The Ups and Downs of 2022\xa0
\u201cAlthough I\u2019m celebrating a lot of achievements and accomplishments, and I\u2019m very proud of myself, I am also celebrating the hard times and the struggles, and everything that I was dealing with and battling, and just conflicted with this past year.\u201d
[23:13] No longer be a \u201cBest-kept\u201d secret
\u201c2023 is the year to come-out of your cocoon, and flap your wings because you are a beautiful butterfly. It is time.\u201d

\u201cI wish that I done a few things differently, but the thing is that I\u2019m still here, I\u2019m still breathing, and I get to do it now.\u201d

\u201cYou\u2019re not alone\u2026 We all experience very similar experiences, and we all experience the same emotions.\u201d
