There\u2019s a female vocal music trio group from Philadelphia that has been together for years. The group produced the Soul/disco hits like \u201cLet No Man Put Asunder\u201d and \u201cDr. Love\u201d. The group is called First Choice.
You hear about a lot of female groups splitting up, and you have to wonder what has kept this group together. First Choice said that it hasn\u2019t been that difficult for them. They had love and respect for one another. They respected one another\u2019s gifts and talents and space. When one steps in, the others sit back to rest. I\u2019ve never heard of a female group like First Choice. They are a genuine group. In anything that a group does together, respect and love is needed. That is what makes a group last.
From the last time I\u2019ve heard about the group, none of the members of the group left music. The advice that First Choice has to the female young entertainers today is don\u2019t sell out and sell yourself short of your gifts. Keep your integrity.
