Much of our daily discourse in the workplace is filled with trendy phrases and overused jargon that does more to fill space than convey real meaning. Phrases like, "at the end of the day", "circle back" and "take it offline" have become all too common. We use these worn out phrases so much, we can hardly get through a conversation without one leaking out.
