The year 2019 has been a mixed bag, to say the least, with business jet shipments up 12.5% in the first six months, but turboprop airplane shipments declining by the same percentage.

ARGUS reports that after a slow start, flight activity among charter and fractional operators – as well as by corporate owners – was up through the summer months, no doubt spurred by an abundance of commercial airlines flight cancellations.
