This is Derek Miller Speaking on Business. While the coronavirus may have delayed homebuying, Forbes recently reported that it has not dampened enthusiasm and Bustos Real Estate KW Utah Realtors Keller Williams has found helpful and innovative ways to ensure that their clients’ needs are being met. Here’s CEO William Bustos to tell us more. WILLIAM BUSTOS At Bustos Real Estate, we’re dedicated to helping you find your dream home. As part of KW Utah Realtors Keller Williams, we have a large and proven team. Together, we have learned to think and operate differently during the coronavirus to meet the needs of our clients while assuring that safety comes first until life returns to normal. When meeting and showing homes, we make sure both parties are prepared and following best practices for hygiene and health care. We keep our offices sanitized and practice social distancing. And we have initiated “Care Calls” -- contacting our 2000 client database just to check on their health. To help in the community, we have created a pick-up and drop off service for the elderly and high-risk individuals to get their groceries and pharmaceuticals. We’ve partnered with Olympus Health to provide anti-body testing to all clients, their families and friends. And we are donating hand sanitizers, wipes, paper towels, gloves, and masks to those needing them. DEREK MILLER Bustos Real Estate knows that what’s best for Utahns is best for business.
