Here to tell us more is Ameritech president, Sherry Jones.\\n\\nSHERRY JONES\\nAt Ameritech, our success stems from excellence in education, hands-on experiential learning through innovative clinical opportunities and our state-of-the-industry simulation center, medical reserve corps, apprenticeship programs, and our flexible degree pathways.\\n\\nOur students and faculty were recently honored by the Salt Lake County Health Department for giving more than 10,000 hours of community service by assisting with COVID testing sites. Our nursing faculty is made up of highly experienced and specialized working medical professionals. Faculty member Jill Dubbelman worked with the Salt Lake County Medical Reserve Corps to create a volunteer program where nursing students were able to assist with COVID testing, tracing and now vaccinations.\\n\\nOur students have been hired on at nearly every hospital in Salt Lake County, the Salt Lake County Health Department, and many other healthcare facilities within the state.
