We're going old school this week, jumping all the way back to 2002 to discuss the premier dentist of Magic history - Psychatog!  It really doesn't look like it would be incredibly oppressive - a 1/2 for 1UB with some seemingly middling abilities doesn't scream metagame breaker - but that's exactly what it did.  Turns out when you combine an efficient creature, a slower metagame, and one of the most iconic blue cards of all time, it creates a deck to be reckoned with.
