When I was looking through the \u201cbuilding a home\u201d section of the forum and saw a couple of valuable discussions that inspired this week quick tips \u2014 one discussion having to do with the inclusion of a job site visitation policy in the contract and one discussion regarding deleting items from the initial specifications list.
