I just came back from the Tulsa Parade of Homes.\\xa0 The real estate market in the Tulsa area is pretty underrated.\\xa0 There are beautiful homes and neighborhoods there and I love their parade of homes.\\xa0 This was my third or fourth year going there for the parade.\\xa0
Like always, this parade of homes allowed me to see what features are popular in new construction, at least in that part of the country. But I also saw some features in houses that gave me pause. \\xa0 Features that we should definitively think twice about before putting them in our new homes.\\xa0 That\\u2019s what I want to talk about in this week\\u2019s episode.
