We had the pleasure of interviewing Miliano over Zoom video!
Uruguayan-artist Miliano\xa0recently dropped his first release of 2021,\xa0"Runaway".
Miliano\xa0(born\xa0Maximiliano Cohan) is a guitar\xa0player, singer/songwriter born in\xa0Harlem, NY\xa0but spent his formative years in\xa0Uruguay.\xa0Now based in\xa0Miami,\xa0the young artist has solidified\xa0himself in the underground scene with a slow but steady output of releases, garnering\xa0New Music Friday\xa0features in 9 countries, including countries in North America, the EU and Africa.
Drawing off of a plethora of influences, he cites\xa0Lauryn Hill, Simple Plan, and Future\xa0as\xa0modern-day inspirations\xa0while also showing off his\xa0Uruguayan\xa0roots in the form of\xa0Alfredo Zitarrosa and Carlos Santana.\xa0For the last year, Miliano has been mentored by\xa0Enrique Iglesias\xa0who has helped progress his sound.
