In the contemporary class world, the range of techniques, style, and information is vast. One contemporary class is not like any other. Because of this, it's important that we take steps to clarify the kind of class we teach so that our students to better grasp the ideas we want to share.
In this episode, Brandon shares three ways to improve your contemporary class in 2022. The ideas are broad but can be applied to anyone who is currently teaching or in the process of forming a class.
1) Take the mystery out of your class

Beginning with a warm up, across the floor, and then robust phrase work, the class emphasizes our maximum physical capacity as movers.
