We explore whether trap\u2019s commodification and\xa0the new connotations of trap aesthetics, such as Katy Perry\u2019s \u201cDark Horse\u201d ft Juicy J and even \u201cTrap Queen\u201d by Fetty Wap, are dismissing those who the trap originally represented.
