Un « tournant social » du quinquennat ? Pas en mettant le patronat à contribution, en tout cas. Car les mesures annoncées écartent soigneusement toute contribution directe des entreprises. « C’est d’abord l’état d’urgence économique et social que je veux décréter aujourd’hui. » En annonçant que le salaire des travailleurs au Smic augmenterait de « 100 euros par mois dès 2019 », il est loin de se montrer à la hauteur des attentes formulées sur les ronds-points. Emmanuel Macron ne compte en effet pas donner de coup de pouce au Smic comme espéré, mais augmenter la prime d’activité, une aide sociale qui n’alourdira pas la facture pour les employeurs. L'Humanité
