With so many stories coming to light of men abusing their positions of power to take advantage of individuals of lower status, we are subsequently inundated with hollow apologies that mean nothing. These apologies don't change anything, they don't improve anything. So where do we go from here? How can we make an actual change that protects people in the future from similar abuse?
