Georgie began eating a lot out of boredom, saying she had \u201cawful eating habits\u201d. She was also constantly bloated and felt no motivation to workout. The lockdown took a huge emotional and physical toll on her.

Her wedding was coming up in 9 months and she decided to embark on a healthy eating journey to give her the structure and motivation to get through lockdown.

Georgie was intrigued by my approach as it appeared that she could eat huge meals and slim down\u2026

She was right!
\xa0
After she got into it, she was full in-between her meals, lost her bloating and quickly saw her clothes becoming looser\u2026

She also KNEW that this \u201call or nothing\u201d approach hadn\u2019t worked for her in the past, so it was time for a realistic, slow and enjoyable approach to weight loss in the lead up to her big day. One that she could maintain.

And guess what? She did it!

Georgie went from feeling bloated and down, to motivated, happier and far more confident each week, whilst feeling zero hunger and no deprivation from life\u2019s joys, like enjoying cheese and wine.

She now understands how nutrition is far more important than exercise, with her quoting, \u201cyou can do all the exercise the world, but if you\u2019re not eating right, it doesn\u2019t really matter\u201d
