"Smokin'" Jo Nattawut is one of the top Muay Thai fighters in the world. Jo talks with Big Shrimp today about his whole life, from growing up in Isaan, Thailand, and training as a kid, to taking a break and moving to one of the touristy islands, and opening a liquor store, to moving to the US, to rediscovering Muay Thai. This guy has lived the fighters dream, accepted every challenge coming to him, and being unstoppable, some fights he accepted with only 24 hours notice, and no time to train or prepare. He has even had the chance to compete in the legendary and iconic Lumpinee Stadium, the Mecca of Muay Thai Kickboxing, where every Thai Boxer dreams of competing. He also compared and contrasted Muay Thai before it became a worldwide sport and discipline, and watching it blow up, and the difference in training in Thailand and the US. Jo talked his other interests in life, how he handles his fame, and his thoughts on fighters that let their fame (or lack there of) get to their heads, talked his future aspirations and goals, and how many more years of fighting he has left in the tank.
