Morgan White is a singer/songwriter. Morgan talks with Big Shrimp today about her West Virginia roots, comparing and contrasting the small coal mining town with the bright lights, heavily trafficked, hustle and bustle life of Nashville, the coal industry, and coming from a family full of miners, which has caused her to be dubbed, “The modern day coal miner’s daughter!” She talks singing into her bottle at two years old, growing up and singing in nursing homes and churches, up to the big stages she now commands.
