\nLisa gazed out the window at her front yard. All she could see was leaves. There wasn\u2019t even a glint of green \u2013 neither green grass nor green leaves. Instead the ground was a wash of warm, autumnal colors: all shades of brown, sprinkled here and there with pops of red, orange, and golden yellow. Lisa knew what that meant. Time to rake leaves!
\nJust then her mom walked into her room and said, \u201cHi hon! I could use your help with something.\u201d
\nLisa turned to look at her mom. \u201cLeaves?\u201d
\n\u201cHow did you know?\u201d Her mom smiled.
