BCG's Claire Browne talks with Jeanette Long at the first BCG GAPP Womens meeting held in Birchip on 13 August 2015. They discuss personality types and communication within the farm business. The new-look discussion group was delivered in partnership with the State Government as part of the Growth, Adoption, Production and Profit (GAPP) initiative. It is designed specifically for young (and young at heart) women involved in, or contemplating getting involved in, agriculture.
