Episode #37: Quarantine Edition | Flavour-Driven with Pierre-Hugo Houle + Max Bergeron of Brasserie Generale + Noah Forrest of Beerism | Adjunct Series

Published: Dec. 16, 2020, 5:30 a.m.

Just before we recorded this episode, we realized that this was our first ever podcast with a brewery\xa0from Quebec City - something that was truly well overdue. Thanks to our fave guest co-host Noah Forrest of Beerism, we were put onto Brasserie G\xe9n\xe9rale earlier this year, and when Tiff and Cee headed out east this summer they were top of the list to visit in the province's capital.

Having recently celebrated their 7th anniversary, BG truly has made their presence known in Quebec this year with their juicy, sweet IPAs, and their bold and balanced pastry stouts. Their latest launch this past weekend included a big Oreo pastry stout, a huge yet balanced triple\xa0IPA, and a glorious, thick smoothie sour. We got into Double Dip, Interlude and their seventh anniversary release, Calculon, for this super fun chat. Get it in ya!
