Politician versus environment: Victoria's unjust EV tax has passed through the upper house. (They're calling it a 'road user charge' because 'tax' is such a dirty word.) We are the only country in the world doing this - and it's because we lead the developed world in disgraceful environmental conduct. 

In this report we meet one of the men who supported this bill - whose support was critical to getting it passed. 

To be fair, he issued a press release championing what a top job he'd done here. How this was an excellent result. I just thought it was beyond due for a reality check on this insanity.
