Fiat Chrysler has merged with PSA Group and the new entity will be called Stellantis.  Stellantis will become the fourth largest carmaker on Earth, behind Toyota, Volkswagen and Hyundai - but it will be a challenge for Stellantis to survive because it has no sales in China (world's largest car market) as well as massive over-production capacity and commitments with the French Government not to close factories or reduce head count.
