\n - 1 pound ground beef chuck
\n - \xbd onion chopped
\n - 5 garlic cloves, minced
\n - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, sage and rosemary each
\n - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
\n - 2 tablespoons butter
\n - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
\n - 1 cup Beef broth
\n - 20oz frozen mixed vegetables (no need to thaw)
\n - Coarse salt and ground pepper
\n - 2-3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)

Make the mashed potatoes. Brown the beef and drain. Add spices and frozen veggies and cook for 2-3 min. In a separate skillet, melt butter, add flour, then wisk in Worcestershire and beef broth. Cook until it thickens and then add to beef mixture. Put beef and veggies into a pan, top with mashed potatoes and broil until mashed potatoes are slightly brown.
