In the same way some people are fascinated with the lives of the Hollywood elite, it\u2019s equally fascinating to know the skin care rules estheticians follow. But how often do estheticians follow their own advice? Have you ever found yourself touting golden rules to your clients, while thinking in the back of your mind, Do as I say, not as I do? In this episode of ASCP Esty Talk, fellow estheticians Maggie and Ella take a hilarious look at some of the rules they bend when it comes to skin care.

About Ella Cressman:

\xa0

Ella Cressman is a licensed esthetician, certified organic formulator, business owner, and absolute ingredient junkie! As an educator, she enjoys empowering other estheticians and industry professionals to understand skin care from an ingredient standpoint rather than a product-specific view.

\xa0

She has spent many hours researching ingredients, understanding how and where they are sourced, as well as phytochemistry, histological access, and complementary compounds for intentional skin benefits. In addition to running a skin care practice, Cressman founded a comprehensive consulting group, the HHP Collective, and has consulted for several skin care lines, including several successful CBD brands.
