Tom Bassett, clarinettist and member of the Northern Tier Symphony Orchestra, speaking about a concert by the Northern Tier Symphony Woodwind Quintet on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Riverside Park in Tunkhannock, at 7:00 p.m., presented by the Dietrich Theater and the Northern Tier Symphony Orchestra, capping off Founders' Day in the town.
