Richard Ross, Photographer, Researcher and Distinguished Professor of Art (Emeritus) at the University of California at Santa Barbara; and O'Meara Cover, Board Member of SFC & Exhibition Curator, speaking about juvenile justice, the arts and arts education in connection with a visit to NEPA by Ross hosted by the Social Fabric Collective, featuring an exhibition of Ross's photographs October 2 through 17, 2019, at the Luzerne County Courthouse & artist lecture (10/2); Also scheduled: an SFC Juvenile Justice & Art Education Forum on October 3 at the THINK Center in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
