Maureen McGuigan, Deputy Director of the Lackawanna County Arts & Culture Department, speaking about the state of the arts in the region. She discusses the programming of the Department to support artists and arts groups during the pandemic and of ways the Department is working to bring the arts to the public to enrich their surroundings and enhance the quality of life in this difficult time. The Department is producing a Fourth of July online special celebrating the American Journey featuring regional artists and musicians.
