Dr. Philip Simon, Associate Professor at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, speaking about a concert by the Wilkes Flute Ensemble and guests on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 8pm in the Darte Center on the Wilkes campus. And about "My Best Friends in Music" with the Wilkes University Civic Band on Sunday, April 28 at 3pm in the Darte Center. The performance is Dr. Simon's last as Director of Bands at Wilkes.
