Andre Carter, writer, freelance editor and playwright, speaking about his recent novel, "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea", a Kaylie Jones book, issued by Akashic Press. Carter is has degrees from the Maslow Family Graduate Program in Creative Writing at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, where the Second Annual Lit Fest is underway through June 23, 2022. The events take place on the Fenner Quadrangle at 7:00 each evening, and they are free and open to the public.
