In episode 76, Gen and Jette discuss their latest book club book, Future Home of the Living God by Louise Erdrich. This dystopian story follows Cedar Hawk Songmaker, a young pregnant woman who finds herself having to hide in a world where pregnancy has become a matter of state security. Evolution is moving backwards and society as we know it is no longer.

\nYou know we love a good dystopia, and Erdrich packs so much into this relatively short book. We had such a good conversation about these characters, the end of the world, and the possibility of never seeing snow again.
