About Lindsay:

Lindsey\u2019s journey started about 8 years ago when she began recovery from an eating disorder that had consumed her teenage years and left her profoundly disconnected from her physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Movement has helped her learn that she is capable of staying in her body during moments of intensity or discomfort and it has taught her that she and her body are on the same team. Her teaching philosophy is to provide a safe and inclusive space designed to give students the freedom to come as they are, and to provide a safe and open dialogue of taking up space and using the breath and body to move through emotions while staying in the present moment.\xa0
