For this meditation, I will be guiding you through a visualization exercise called the "pink bubble technique". This technique was created by Shatki Gawain and can be found in her amazing book Creative Visualization.
This meditation is effective, calming and easy to follow along. Be sure to find yourself in a comfortable upright position and get ready to relax while manifesting your big goals!
