The French Perigord truffle is a black truffle originally from France, now cultivated in many countries. During this AgriAdventures interview, we will speak with Nigel Pitts farmer from Pemberton, WA which has planted 12 years ago truffle-seeded threes and now is producing and trading beautiful fresh truffles worldwide.
