In this week's interview on AgriAdventures we will speak with Nick Sproull.

Nick is the Manger at Red Cacao, in Stirling Adelaide, he started his career in hospitality as dishy in the new establishment and has been progressing quickly up to the position of Cafe' Manager. 

He is also responsible for a series of events and the special waffle Sundays events where new waffles are served every week.
