Alberto, originally from Sicily is a young chef who has left Italy after a couple of years of work, looking to explore, learn and improve his skills on an international market. After landing in Melbourne Alberto has found the right environment, with adequate stability, where learn and develop his own career in hospitality.
\nWith a dream of opening his own restaurant and after 5 years of work in Melbourne, Alberto has decided to move in South Australia, a choice dictated by a Melbournian saturated market and the need to explore a bit more, now Alberto has taken the position of Head Chef at Serafino Wines, in McLaren Vale, a difficult pathway into a suffering after-pandemic market.
