Dean Haglund. Dean is best known as Richard \u2018Ringo\u2019 Langly, one of the \u201cLone Gunmen\u201d on FOX\u2019s \u201cX-Files.\u201d Dean was also a star on FOX\u2019s series \u201cThe Lone Gunmen,\u201d as well as having appeared on \u201cBones,\u201d and \u201cRobocop.\u201d Dean\u2019s also a painter, an inventor of the Chillpak to chill laptops, and the host of the podcast "Chillpak Hollywood Hour.\u201d
