Ryan Garasich is a good friend, a hilarious comedian and a high school  teacher specializing in social sciences and history. He is originally  from Pittsburgh, PA but has seen his way around the country. He has  taught in western Pennsylvania, Arizona and starting this fall will be  teaching in Maryland. He is a super insightful individual with a strong  understanding of the education system in the United States, I had the  pleasure of sitting down with him to discuss several aspects of the  education system in US ranging from public funding, school shootings,  standardized testing, the "plague" of participation trophies and much  more.
