Can I really grow a business with only 15 hours a week?\xa0 It seems every week I\u2019m asked about that question \u2013 and the answer is a resounding Yes!\xa0 But you have to devote time to each of four critical areas.\xa0 Otherwise you may just learn more but never really develop a \u201cbusiness.\u201d \xa0Or you may create a \u201cjob\u201d for yourself without ever getting closer to having a business.\xa0 In this episode I explain the four areas that need attention and give you a formula for how many hours to spend in each area with those 15 hours.
