The Meg is a movie that plays along the lines of the type of films you see on the SyFy channel involving mega sea animals. The film is dumb as hell but to its credit it doesn\'t take itself seriously so it ends up balancing out in terms of the ridiculous stuff you see in this movie. What you end up getting is a movie where Jason Statham acts badass trying to kill a CGI giant shark.
